Weekend Retreat Itinerary:

Day 1 - Friday:
Accommodation Check-in from 14:00.
18:00 - 20:00 Dinner (Main Meal) & Accommodation

Day 2 - Saturday: 
06:00 - 07:15 Gentle Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra (voice guided meditation). Theme: "Releasing the old, inviting in the new".
08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
Free time for Personal Excursions, Spa treatments, Use of Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Hiking Trail.
12:00 - 14:00 Lunch
Free time for Personal Excursions, Spa treatments, Use of Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Hiking Trail.
17:00 - 18:30 Heart Opening Restorative Yoga for deep body relaxation, Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Journey using Tibetan and Quartz Crystal Bowls. Theme: "Positive Affirmations for each energy centre (chakra) of the body".
18:30 - 20:00 Dinner (Main Meal) & Accommodation

55 min Full Body Massage; choose Aroma, Hot Stone, Swedish or Vanilla-Coconut.
25 min Hands or Feet Exfoliation with Massage
Spa Hours: 08:00 - 17:00.

Day 3 - Sunday: 
06:00 - 07:15 Beginners Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra. Theme: "Loving-Kindness to yourself and others".
08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
Accommodation Check-out is 10:00.

Each Yoga Program consists of: 

5 min Centering
20 min Gentle Yoga
5 min Breath-work
30 - 60 min Meditation (visualization)
Please note, ending time is only an estimate, it may go over the time. Kindly inform your yoga Instructor if you need to finish the class at a certain time.

Please inform your yoga instructor if you are pregnant or have any injuries. 

Laetitia is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She has furthered her studies in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Sound Therapy.

Takes approximately 60 min to complete

- No children under the age of 12 are allowed.
- Please bring with own Beach Towels.
- Our Restaurant has a non-alcoholic bar that sells cold drinks, milkshakes, smoothies and coffees. You are welcome to bring with your own bottle of wine or preferred alcoholic beverage. Please consider guests when on the premises. Magalies Mountain Lodge is a place to relax for all guests.
