Magalies Mountain Lodge offers the availability
of conferencing for groups up to 30 delegates.
Accommodation is available for 16 delegates sharing. The restaurant
area can be used for larger presentations and meetings. The conference
facility is available with the following:
Example 1: 1 Day conferencing
@R250 per person
(This package can be combined with spa and teambuilding activities)
- Snacks with tea, coffee, juice or water on
arrival
- Water and mints on the tables
- Pen and paper for delegates
- A white board
- A screen and ( Proxima upon request)
- Tea breaks including snacks at 10h00 and 15h00
- Lunch
Example 2: 1 Day conferencing
with 3 x Spa treatments @ R700 per person
- Snacks with tea, coffee, juice or water on
arrival
- Water and mints on the tables
- Pen and paper for delegates
- A white board
- A screen and ( Proxima upon request)
- Tea breaks including snacks at 10h00 and 15h00
- Lunch
- Spa treatments – Facial, back and neck
hot stone massage, pedicure with paraffin wax treatment
Example 3: Stay conferencing
– 1 Day conferencing with Spa treatments, game drive and
one nights stay including dinner, bed and breakfast @ R1400 per
person
- Snacks with tea, coffee, juice or water on
arrival
- Water and mints on the tables
- Pen and paper for delegates
- A white board

- Tea breaks including snacks at 10h00 and 15h00

each individuals' needs. Spa treatments can be changed to suit
