Q. Is there a TV in the room?
A. We believe that your visit to Magalies Mountain Lodge is to break away from the everyday hustle and bustle, therefore there are no TV's in the rooms. However, there are TV's in the lounging area of the Restaurant and in the Conference room for sports events etc.

Q. Are all the rooms of the same standard and price?
A. The rooms all have the same minimum standards and therefore the same price. However, they do differ slightly in their layouts.

Q. Do all the rooms have a shower and a bath?
A. As mentioned in the previous question, the layout of each room differs which means some rooms have showers only, while other rooms have baths and some have both.

Q. Do you have self-catering facilities?
A. The rooms do not have self-catering facilities and all meals can be enjoyed in the Restaurant. Our accommodation price includes breakfast. We provide any other meals at an additional charge per person, which can be included in the package you choose. Certain packages however, include dinner, breakfast and lunch.

Q. Other than the Spa treatments, what more is there to do at the lodge?
A. We have a Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Infra Red Sauna, that you can make use of during treatment sessions or in the evening. You can enjoy a hike in the mountain, relax on the deck or in the lounge of the Restaurant. We have a television in the lounge and conference room with the full DSTV bouquet. There are board games available in the Restaurant. You can help yourself to refreshments in the Restaurant or place an order at the bar for beverages other than those provided. A wireless computer LAN connection is also available in the Restaurant, should you choose to bring your lap-top along.

Q. What options do I have if I want a certain package but it lacks a treatment that I would like to include?
A. You can book any additional treatment/s, which will be added to the package that you choose. Prices for additional treatments are available on our individual price list.
